TESTCOO测库

TESTCOO (测库) is a third-party inspection company from Zhejiang that bet early on making quality control feel like online shopping. They launched in 2015 with an "Internet Plus Inspection" platform. You create an account, spend about five minutes entering the product and supplier details, and an inspector turns up at the factory, often within a day. Their Shenzhen office in Bantian, Longgang, covers the Pearl River Delta.

Headquarters are in Hangzhou, with a second Zhejiang office in Ningbo, two cities full of export factories. They've spread well beyond Zhejiang since: there are offices in Shenzhen, Shanghai and Hong Kong, plus Toulon in France, Madrid, Vietnam, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Colombia. They have 400+ full-time senior inspectors (about 500 by their LinkedIn count) and run more than 100,000 inspections, audits and lab tests a year for 5,000+ retailers, brands and suppliers. Kogan, Delsey and Swarovski are among the logos on their homepage.

The menu is the classic inspection toolkit, with prices out in the open: initial-production checks, during-production inspections, final random inspections, 100% sorting, container-loading supervision and Amazon FBA pre-checks, at US$249 per inspector-day in China. The fun part is the tech on top. Their VR factory audits are shot with a 360-degree panoramic camera, so a buyer overseas can "walk" a supplier's lines on screen. There are live-streamed inspections too, and an online dashboard that tracks every order and scores suppliers over time. They hold ISO 9001, ISO 27001 for information security, and CNAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17020, the standard for inspection bodies.

They cover a wide range of products: garments, footwear, toys, furniture, home appliances, electronics, medical devices and industrial goods, with lab testing and certification arranged alongside inspections. You can book same-day, and reports arrive within 24 hours.
