TXJ PCBA is the export name of Shenzhen Tengxinjie Electronics (腾欣杰电子), an SMT and PCB assembly factory set up in 2015 in the Tangtou Nangang industrial park in Bao'an. It's a compact, busy place: about 100 people on a 3,000 m² floor, with separate workshops for SMT placement, through-hole (DIP) soldering, conformal coating and final assembly.

There's no published founding story, but the numbers show where the focus is: volume. SMT output runs at 400,000+ pieces a day, post-soldering assembly at 500,000+ a day, around 20 million units a month, and conformal coating close to a million pieces a day. Older listings mention LED boards, home-appliance controllers, Bluetooth and power products and cameras. These days they also build for automotive, medical, aerospace, industrial automation and outdoor IoT, for customers in Europe, North America, Japan, South Korea and Latin America.

Conformal coating is a real speciality. TXJ uses HumiSeal, MG Chemicals and Electrolube coatings, the thin protective films that keep boards alive in damp, dusty or salty places, which fits their outdoor IoT, LED and automotive work. On top of that there's consigned, partial or full turnkey assembly, PCB fabrication in FR4, HDI, flex, rigid-flex, high-frequency and heavy copper, AOI, X-ray and functional testing, box build and free DFM checks, all to IPC-A-610 under ISO 9001.

The reviews come from purchasing managers and engineers rather than hobbyists. "Communication is clear, engineering feedback is professional, and deliveries are always on schedule," said Michael Turner, a purchasing manager at a US industrial-automation company. David Robinson, a hardware engineer at a UK IoT startup, says component sourcing, BGA assembly and functional testing "were handled efficiently". An Australian consumer-electronics brand called the quality consistency impressive. Prototype builds of 5–50 boards take about a week, and runs up to 10,000 take two to three weeks.

TXJ suits OEMs and hardware companies with a finished board design who want a mid-sized Shenzhen assembler for coated, tested boards in the thousands to tens of thousands, especially LED, outdoor and industrial products.
