ChinaPCBOne is a pair of sister factories in Fuyong, Bao'an, one making bare circuit boards and one assembling them, a few buildings apart in the same industrial park near Fuyong metro station. They've been at it since 2008, and the whole setup is aimed at prototypes and small-to-medium runs rather than huge volumes.

Each factory has its own company: 深圳市瑞邦多层线路板科技有限公司 runs the PCB plant in Building 5 of XinYuan Industrial Park, and the assembly plant is in Building 12. Together they list about 300 employees and say they've done 5,000 different product projects for more than 3,000 customers, from companies and engineers to hobbyists and schools. Component buying runs through purchasing centres in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and the US.

The fab side leans toward harder boards: up to 48 layers, 1- and 2-step HDI, rigid-flex up to 20 layers, heavy copper up to 20 oz, plus aluminium-base, Rogers, Teflon and Nelco high-frequency material. Lines and gaps go down to 3 mil, and boards are built to IPC-6012 and IPC-A-600. On the assembly side they run Samsung SM482 placement machines and an 8-zone lead-free reflow oven, with wave soldering in the same workshop. Parts go down to 0201 and 0.2 mm-pitch BGAs, and inspection uses AOI, X-ray and LCR meters (a meter that checks resistor and capacitor values). They also do IC programming, functional testing and final product assembly.

Getting a quote is quick. Standard boards can be priced on their e-shop in minutes, and special materials or processes get an engineer's quote within two hours. Assembly trial runs start at 5 pieces, and quick-turn bare boards hit 99% on-time delivery. Send Gerber or Excellon drill files plus a BOM; small orders ship by DHL, FedEx or UPS, usually arriving in 2–4 working days.

ChinaPCBOne suits engineers who need an awkward board (high layer count, RF material, heavy copper, rigid-flex) built and assembled in small numbers by one supplier. They also offer layout from a schematic if you don't have Gerbers yet. For runs in the hundreds of thousands, a larger EMS plant is a more natural fit.
