About YUTO
Source ↗YUTO (裕同) is a Shenzhen packaging group, and a very large one. It started in 1996 as a printing and packaging factory in Songgang, Shenzhen, and today has more than 20,000 employees, 100+ subsidiaries and 40+ production bases across 10 countries. It has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2016 (002831), and its headquarters are in Shiyan, Bao'an.
The growth story runs through electronics. In the early 2000s YUTO became an officially certified supplier to Sony and Foxconn and opened its first subsidiary in Suzhou. Vietnam followed after 2010, then factories in the Philippines and Mexico. More recently it bought ET-Link and Wabony and started moving into thermal management, metal parts, acoustic devices and robot assembly, alongside its packaging work.
Consumer electronics is one of six core sectors, next to wine and spirits, personal care, food, healthcare and tobacco. The product list covers what a device box needs: rigid boxes, folding boxes, inner trays, corrugated boxes, labels and user guides, plus molded plant-fiber packaging. One example is a plastic-free paperboard inner tray. YUTO also runs design and R&D teams, and its Xuchang plant is a showcase smart factory, with 300+ AGV robots moving material and 40,000 m² of photovoltaic panels. It signed up to the Science Based Targets initiative at the end of 2023 and plans to reach carbon neutrality by 2040. Recent trade shows include interpack and Pack Expo Chicago in 2026.
YUTO pitches itself at Fortune 500 companies and large brands. It publishes no MOQs or lead times, and you reach it through an inquiry form. It fits a hardware company already shipping at volume, or one that needs packaging made near assembly in Vietnam, the Philippines or Mexico. For a first run of a few hundred boxes, a smaller factory is the simpler place to start.
