HONSCN is a turned-parts and fastener maker in Dalang, Longhua, that grew out of one woman's start in the screw trade. Today it runs three workshops across 30,000 m² with more than 60 CNC lathes, 100 automatic lathes and 120 screw machines. It makes custom screws, pins, shafts and machined parts to customer drawings, from a single sample up to production runs in the hundreds of thousands.
The history is nicely specific. Founder Ms. Li Xian started out in Malaysia's fastener industry in 2001, then set up shop in Shenzhen in August 2003 with five people making turned parts and screws. By 2008 there were 48. By 2012 they had 60 automatic lathes, 30 CNC machines and 50 screw machines, and in 2013 the company became Shenzhen Honscn Hardware and got ISO 9001. In 2019 it was renamed Honscn Precision Part and moved into a 20,000 m² site with more CNC capacity. In 2023 came utility-model patents and national high-tech enterprise status. They've finished more than 100,000 custom projects.
The heart of the place is high-volume turning. The screw lines put out around 1.2 million pieces a day, and the CNC lathes hold ±0.005 to 0.01 mm. There's CNC milling and an injection molding service alongside. Certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949, the automotive quality standard. Customers are in automotive, medical, robotics, aerospace and 3C (computers, communications and consumer electronics), and reviews on the site praise precision and delivery on automotive, aerospace and furniture jobs.
You send 2D or 3D drawings through a file-upload quote form and usually hear back within an hour. Typical lead time is from about two weeks. The international sales lead speaks English, Japanese and French, and the website comes in a dozen languages.
HONSCN suits hardware companies that need custom screws, standoffs, pins and turned parts in real volume, plus the odd milled bracket, from a supplier with lots of lathe capacity. If you need design help or complex multi-process assemblies, a prototype shop or contract manufacturer is a better fit.
