About Ruixing MFG
Source ↗Ruixing MFG is a precision CNC machining shop in Fuhai, on the Bao'an side of Shenzhen, cutting metal and plastic parts to customer drawings since 2005. It's a mid-sized, hands-on place: around 2,500 m², 40+ CNC machines, and 400+ long-term customers in more than 40 countries.
For its first ten years Ruixing sold in China. It started exporting in 2015 and has since built an English-language business around one-off samples, small batches and repeat production. They run their own ERP system to track jobs and hold ISO 9001:2015. They've even done a carbon-footprint assessment for the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, which tells you how many of their parts end up in Europe. The shop floor has Brother and Haas machining centres, Swiss-type and mill-turn lathes, wire EDM and grinding, and inspection has a CMM, alloy analysers and roughness testers.
Their project write-ups are the kind machinists enjoy. One customer needed 260 mm-deep holes in Grade 5 titanium shafts with an Ra 1.6 finish. Standard drills took 15 minutes a hole, so Ruixing worked with a tooling maker on a custom drill and got it down to five. On another job they switched to a vacuum-suction worktable to machine 2 mm-thin aluminium panels without clamps, so the customer could buy thinner stock and avoid distortion. There are also deep-groove turned aluminium parts, thin-walled brass, and gears and shafts for an industrial robot arm.
They work for sensor and instrument makers, industrial automation, robotics, medical devices, aerospace and electronics. There's also a real line in motorsport and aftermarket performance parts: engine, transmission and suspension pieces in 7075 aluminium, Grade 5 titanium and 42CrMo4 steel, finished with hard anodizing, chrome or titanium plating. Orders run from 1–10-piece samples to production. They care about consistency across batches, sign NDAs on request, and handle finishing and logistics.
Ruixing is a good match for engineers and small manufacturers who need tight-tolerance turned and milled parts in metals like titanium and stainless, for sensors, automation, robotics or performance vehicles, and who like a shop that talks through machining problems. They're a machining specialist, so molded plastics or electronics need other suppliers.
