SYS Technology (商一科技) is a small SMT and PCBA shop in Qiaotou, a town in north-east Dongguan. Its Chinese history says it started in 2015 in Guangming, Shenzhen, as a flexible-production SMT shop, added component sourcing in 2018, brought in automatic lines in 2019 and moved to a bigger site in Qiaotou in 2020. Today it runs four Samsung SMT lines in a 2,500 m² factory.
The focus is speed on small and medium batches. Rush SMT can turn in as little as 6 hours (24–48 hours is the usual rush), normal samples take 3–4 days and batches 5–7 days, all counted from the day the parts and boards are in. Daily capacity is about 2 million SMT placements and 200,000 through-hole points. It prefers to buy the parts for you, but it'll also take part kits or your own components on reels, cut tape, tubes or trays. Boards go through solder-paste inspection (SPI) and AOI, with X-ray for BGAs down to 0.25 mm pitch, and it also does through-hole soldering, testing and assembly. Its boards end up in AI hardware, telecom gear, car electronics, industrial controls, security, medical, IoT and new-energy products.
Overseas buyers can use its English site, SysPCB, which shares the same phone number and Qiaotou address and adds bare-board fabrication, HDI, flex and metal-core boards and component sourcing. The two sites don't agree on history: the English one says it has made PCBs since 2008 in two factories, while the Chinese one dates the company to 2015 and shows only the Qiaotou SMT plant. If you order bare boards, ask where they're made.
