SI Electronics新一电子

SI Electronics (新一电子) is a PCBA factory in Zhangmutou, a town in south-east Dongguan. It opened in 2010 and has grown into a 10,000 m² plant with ten SMT lines, six wire-bonding machines and eight final-assembly lines. It calls itself a domestic-funded company and focuses on three markets: automotive electronics, medical devices and AI hardware.

The thing that sets it apart from a plain SMT shop is chip-on-board (COB) bonding, where a bare chip is glued to the board and wired with fine gold or aluminium wire instead of being bought in a package. That shows in its sample products: game-controller boards, calipers and thermometers with COB chips, bank-card flex circuits and medical boards. On the SMT side it places parts from tiny 01005 resistors up to 45×98 mm components, handles 0.25 mm-pitch BGAs on rigid or flex boards, and says it can do about 4 million placements a day. Boards go through SPI, AOI and X-ray for BGAs, and builds are tracked in ERP and MES.

Its certificates are posted on the site and current: IATF 16949 for automotive (to 2029), ISO 13485 for medical PCBA (to 2027), plus ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Car parts on its product page include central-control boards, fast-charge converter boards and EV-related SMT. It lists Beurer, the German health-product brand, Logitech and the projector maker Formovie among the companies it works with.
