Yize Mould (宜泽模具) is a precision mold maker in Chang'an, Dongguan, that has drifted toward the hardest corners of plastic molding: tiny connector parts, medical components molded in cleanrooms, and high-temperature plastics like PEEK, LCP and PFA that most shops avoid. Founded in 2007, they work from an 8,000 m² plant and build more than 200 molds a year.
Their own shorthand is "precision molds + specialty injection + medical injection + MIM", and they added each layer over time. They started in precision parts and molds, the bread and butter of Chang'an, one of China's best-known mold-making towns, and grew into combined mold-and-molding production, with CNC machining centres, EDM workshops, a MIM (metal injection molding) sintering department and Fanuc injection presses. They hold ISO 9001, ISO 13485 for medical devices, IATF 16949 for automotive and ISO 14001. Mold components are machined to 0.001 mm and molded parts hold 0.02 mm.
Two niches are where Yize gets really interesting. The first is connectors: molds for automotive, board-to-board terminal, high-speed, telecom, fibre-optic and energy-storage connectors, including multi-cavity tools with up to 64 cavities, where a tiny error gets copied into every cavity. The second is medical. Yize runs a separate medical site with 2,000 m² of Class 1,000 and 10,000 cleanrooms working to ISO 7 practice, molding surgical-instrument housings, laryngoscope parts, surgical forceps, drug packaging and liquid silicone (LSR) parts, with cleaning and assembly on site. Partners include Dräger, Meril and several Chinese medical and pharmaceutical companies, and their molds last more than a million shots.
Their news page is mostly technical notes on materials like LCP and PFA, centerless grinding and mold maintenance, which gives you a feel for how engineering-led the place is. They also machine non-standard mold components to drawing for other toolmakers.
Yize suits medical-device, automotive-electronics and connector companies that need tight-tolerance, multi-cavity tooling, cleanroom molding or parts in high-temperature plastics, from mold build through production. Their sites are Chinese-first with an English version, so overseas buyers may want Chinese-speaking help for detailed tooling reviews.
